Delta 9 Cannabis THC is Legal?

The 2018 Farm bill made THC derived from Hemp 100% legal. What defines hemp is the cannabis plant must contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. This allows for producers to extract only the Delta 9 cannabinoids from the hemp and added together from other plants and used in infusing drinks, gummies, honey, or any product allowed by the USDA and FDA.
